Who this course is for
The IWFM level 3 Award in Customer and Stakeholder relations is aimed at those starting out on the career and knowledge path of Facilities Management or working in a peripheral support role to FM.  This course is also suitable for first-line managers and supervisors seeking to develop their skills and gain a recognised Facilities Management qualification.

The learning outcomes for this course include:
•    An Introduction to facilities management
•    Understanding Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainability and its role in FM

IWFM Level 3 Award in Facilities Management

Direct entry.  No previous FM experience is required.

This course is available to study through part-time tuition, 5 Tuesday evenings 6.30 - 9.30pm, or through online learning with supported workshops.
