Cabin Crew Training - 8 Day Course

The Cabin Crew Training course is an exciting 8 day programme introducing you to the world of Cabin Crew and Airlines Operations. Our experienced tutors impart knowledge on the essential elements of airline cabin and ground skills, customer service, first aid and the emergency drills you will require in-flight to service passenger requirements.

During the Cabin Crew Training course students will study the operations side of the industry, including cruising, car rental, ferry and railway services. The technology required for working in the industry, the Internet, insurance, finance and handling complaints. Learners will also develop their skill in Gallileo Ticket Reservation system.

Entry to this course is by direct application to the college. There are no previous academic requirements.
