Strategic Planning determines where a company is going, how they are going to get there and what strategy needs to be put in place to achieve these goals. This FETAC 6 Business Course in Strategic Planning encourages learners to critically analyse the strategies of the organisation in which they are involved and how to achieve results. You will learn how to formulate a strategic plan in line with company goals and brand ethos, how to implement this in terms of work force and how best to forward plan in Business.
