Project Management Part time
Project Management is an essential skill which major employers expect their managers to possess. The Project Management course will instruct learners to successfully plan coordinate and control the often complex and diverse activities of modern industrial and commercial projects.
Projects can range from organising a company's move into new premises, to such activities as the building of a multimillion dollar petrochemical plant, the development of a new hotel complex, or the implementation of a new computer system.
On completion of the Project Management course you will be able to:
- Understand the elements of the Project Management process
- Contribute to the planning process for complex projects
- Develop a detailed plan for a complex project including analyzing the resource requirements
- Identify and evaluate appropriate systems to enhance the monitoring and control of projects.

- ICM Single Subject Diploma in Project Management
Entry requirement
Entry to this course is by direct application to the college. There are no previous academic requirements.
