Course Payment Information (part time courses)

Part time courses fill on a first come, first served basis and so early booking is recommended. For part time courses, the full fee must be paid in advance and this guarantees your place on the course. You will be given separate payment instructions for exams or any additional materials on or before the start date of the course. We will communicate with you using the mobile and/or email address you provide during booking.

Course Payment Options

Online

Click the Book Now button at the bottom of the course page, fill out the appropriate details and continue to pay the full course amount online. Please include your PPS number if your course is FETAC/HETAC certified. Your PPS number is required by these examination bodies. You can omit this if you are an International Student.

Offline - Printed Booking form

Download and print out the Printed Booking form. Fill in the form and return it with your payment to:

We will accept the following methods of payment:

• Cash – only in person
• Cheque or Postal order – made payable to Portobello Institute
• Credit Card – fill in the requested details on the printed booking form

International Students

Please note that Study Visas are only issued for Full time courses. Please contact Portobello Institute regarding course enrolment. There are a number of steps involved which we would be happy to assist you with. You will find detailed information in the International Students section.

Cancelling your place on a Part time course

Should you decide to cancel your place on the course 7 days or more before the course start date an administration fee of €120 will be withheld from your refund.

Late Payment Policy

Course fees are payable no later than 10 days prior to the commencement of the course. Failure to pay on the due date will result in a cancellation of place on course and a penalty fee of 10% of the course fee will be charged. Fees are still payable should a student fail to complete the course. Tuition fees, deposits and examination fees are not refundable under any other circumstances.

Installment Policy

There is an instalment option available for part time courses. Please refer to the information provided and contact Portobello Institute directly on 01 892 0000.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Portobello Institute reserves the right to cancel a course due to insufficient applications and fees will be fully refunded at the end of the month of course cancellation. For more details of our Refund Policy, please refer to the Terms and Conditions of Enrolment.
