Really exited………only twenty four hours and counting for the Montessori team’s trip to the “every child is special” Montessori and inclusion Conference in Kracow Poland. This conference will explore the importance and practicalities of including children with disabilities and/or learning difficulties into Montessori classrooms. The Montessori Method originated from Maria Montessori’s time working as a medical doctor with children with special needs in the orthophrenic unit in Rome. I am really exited to be networking with our international colleagues and gaining a valuable insight into new ideas and developments within the Montessori sector.
