An opportunity has arisen for a suitably qualified candidate to join a small, dynamic team tasked with the management of a privately held residential estate in the Dublin area. The position involved has specific, overall responsibility for the management of the property buildings, services, utilities and facilities, the smooth daily operation of the residence and the management of the employees, service suppliers and contractors involved.

Main duties will include:

1. Overall responsibility for day to day operation and management of the estate.
2. Management of a number of staff, who perform different roles in the estate.
3. Maintenance of all building systems incl. HVAC, AV, IT, Security and Health & Safety systems.
4. Co-ordination of all external contractors and suppliers.
5. Management of all capital projects associated with the property.
6. Management of a number of ancillary assets.
7. Compilation and adherence to operational budgets and timetables.
8. Working closely with other members of the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes;

1. A hands-on dynamic "get it done" attitude.
2. A qualification in Facility Management or Estate Management is required.
3. Several years experience in a similar role or related industry.
4. Comfortable in dealing with all matters of a technical nature in relation to the equipment, systems and services used in private estates or properties and the suppliers or contractors used to provide them.
5. Capable of working both on their own initiative and as part of a team, with a goal and results orientation.
6. Capable of maintaing a high level of attention to detail with a desire to deliver quality of output.
7. Have excellent relationship management skills and be able to display an ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
8. Excellent analytical and computer skills.
9. Full clean drivers licence.
