As well as the ITEC Beauty Specialist Diploma, you can choose to study for ITEC diplomas in Facial Electrical Equipment and Holistic Massage or Diploma in Nail Technology

Entry requirements

Entry to this course is by direct application to the college. Acceptance to Full Time courses is interview based, there are no specific points requirements. At the interview we are seeking the character and traits required to work with people and a genuine interest in the beauty industry.

Diploma in Facial Electrical Equipment
Designed to enable students to provide treatments for the purpose of improving the condition of the skin with the use of electrical equipment. During this module students will cover Electrical Science, Deep Cleansing, Galvanism, High Frequency, Vacuum Suction, Faradism and Infrared Treatments.
Diploma in Holistic Massage
This module will give you all of the classical massage movements whilst also giving you the underpinning knowledge of Anatomy & Physiology. If you are interested in becoming a complementary therapist then we recommend that you commence with this course as it is often used as a prerequisite of many of the other complementary & sports therapies such as aromatherapy, stone therapy & sports massage.
Diploma in Nail Technology
The demand for Nail Technicians has never been greater. This module covers the application and removal of the 5 main nail system including tips, gel, silk, fibreglass and acrylics and will give you the added qualification to work as a nail technician.
