As the first point of contact for customers Airline staff should be impeccably groomed at all times from their hair and makeup through to their uniform.  Make up expert Danielle Murphy popped into the college in April to speak to our Airline students about presentaion and grooming in the work place.  Danielle had vast amounts of experience to pass on to the students in this area.  A professional make-up artist with the Gemma Kidd shcool of Make up Artistry in London and a background in the Airline industry Danielle knows exactly the standards required in this fast paced and exciting sector.

Danielle Murphy is a creative and highly motivated individual with several years experience as a professional make up artist.  She prides herself on using her skills to work closely with clients to create innoviative, contempory looks.  Since 1999 Danielle has worked throughout Ireland, the UK and the USA.  Her work has spanned from freelance, to working with  MAC Cosmetics in London and 4 years on such events as London Fashion Week, The BAFTA's, The British Soap Awards and Hardy Amies at the V&A.

Since returning to Dublin in 2007 Danielle embarked again on a freelance career and because of her professionalism and ever expanding skill set and knowledge she secured high profile commerical work with clients such as Adidas, Conrad Hotels, Focus Ireland, Lypsy Clothing and she has created looks for fashion editorials for Prudence, Confetti, VIP and The Daily Mail to name a few.  She has been teaching at the Zoe Clark Make up school since 2007 and now splits her time between Dublin and London where she also teaches at the Gemma Kidd school of Makeup Artistry
