After all the hard work and hours of study and dedication our full and part-time students from 2010 graduated at the Concert Hall, RDS.  Over 200 students attended on the day to receive their well deserved Diplomas which will lead them onto the first step of their career ladders in their chosen sectors.

The Concert Hall is the perfect setting for a Graduation with its high ceilings and impressive wall book cases.  The ceremony commenced with an opening speech from Managing Director Rebekah Lyons who  gave the graduates and guests an overview of the college history from its humble beginnings back in 1981 as a Montessori and childcare educator to where it stands today covering an array of sectors from Fashion and Make up through to Travel and Tourism and Sports Therapy and Sports Science.

Over the two hours students from all sectors took to the stage in their caps and gowns to receive their awards.  The ceremony finished with a Student of the Year awards per sector.  These students were awarded for their extra dilligence and passion they showed throughout their studies and it is a a real achievement to receive an award on the day.  This year the awards went to;

Sandra Pettersson - Beauty Therapy

Ian Hirst - Sports Therapy

Jonathan Cushen - Fashion Buying & Merchandising

Katie Farrell - Make up

Lisa Emma Burke - Special Needs

Linda O'Donnell - Montessori, Regional

Niamh Casey - Montessori, Dublin

Best of luck to all our Graduates with your future study and careers.
