After the Christmas break it's an up hill struggle to get back into the routine of work. After all, you most probably spent the last week or so getting up late, then meeting up with friends and family or lazing around watching TV while eating your own body weight in chocolate.  Now its back to the daily grindstone of your commute and sitting behind a desk for 7 hours a day.  Welcome to the "Back to Work Blues|.

It is about this time that you start to take a look at your life and question where you going or what you would like to change.  The start of a new year is the ideal time to think about enrolling on a part-time course.  New Year New Start!

Making the decision to return to education on a part-time basis can be extremely rewarding.  Firstly, there is the learning element where you challenge yourself to explore something new.  This can be something fun like a makeup course where you can develop new skills for personal use that could grow into a business, or you may opt for a course that will bring you in a new direction in life and change you career choice entirely.  Finally a big plus when you sign up to a new courses is the people you meet along the way.  Making new friends really enhances the learning experience so what are you waiting for?  Dust yourself off, Christmas is over and its time to kick start the new year.

Why not come along to our open day on 21st January.  An open day is a great opportunity to meet with tutors and ask questions about the area you would like to train in such as, what is involved in the course, are there exams or is it assignment based, what are the job opportunities once you have completed and more importantly what is the expected salary if you are thinking of a career change.  Coming along to an open day also gives you the chance to see the college and its location.

Open Day - Thursday 21st January, 5-7pm.  43 Lower Dominick Street, Dublin 1.
